Acceptance

By entering VortWorld you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18, or the minimum age your country requires to use cryptocurrencies, and you are responsible for following the laws where you live.

What VortWorld is

A multiplayer open-world game. You explore, break blocks, fight creatures and collect resources. Resources are game items with no financial value until they are converted.

The world runs in phases: when a phase ends, the map changes. Skills picked up on the map (range, bombs and special bombs) last until you die; on death they reset and you may return to the world after 10 seconds.

Account and wallet

Your account is tied to a Solana wallet, or to the wallet created by e-mail or social login. Keeping the wallet, its recovery phrase and your e-mail access safe is your responsibility: we never ask for your recovery phrase and cannot recover a lost wallet. To withdraw, the account needs its own linked Solana wallet.

VORT rewards

Resources may be converted into VORT at the quote shown before you confirm, which already includes the service fee. Payouts have a budget per period: when it runs out, conversions may be unavailable or pay less until the next period. There is also a weekly prize: collected resources become points (rare resources are worth more, and points far above average count less and less), and every Monday at midnight (Brasília time) a share of what the market took in the week before is paid in VORT to the top 10 and to the top 5 of the Rookie League (accounts up to 30 days old). Entering the rankings takes at least 3 days played in the week. No amount is promised before the close: this is a game prize, not an investment or a promise of return.

Several accounts on the same device or internet connection (siblings, family, friends) play and are paid normally. What is not allowed is bots: programs or AIs playing on their own to collect rewards. When the play looks like a bot, the game asks for a quick check; conversions pause until the check or the review, and the resources stay saved.

To protect rewards from fraud, each account gets an automatic bot-behaviour check (for example a perfect rhythm, the same path over and over, hours without a break or a browser driven by a program). At medium risk, each prize can be withdrawn only 24 hours after it was received, with the dates shown under "Rewards being released". At high risk, the game asks for a quick check before converting again. The check runs again by itself when things change.

Using bots, scripts or AIs playing on their own, game exploits, or any other way of cheating the system is forbidden. In those cases we may block rewards, cancel withdrawals not yet sent and suspend the account.

Deposits and withdrawals

You may deposit VORT from your wallet to use in the game. Deposited VORT can be withdrawn whenever you like, under the same withdrawal rules below. Deposits earn no interest or any yield.

When the economy runs live, every VORT withdrawal (deposited or earned in the game) has two options, the same for everyone: in 7 days with no fee, sent to your wallet automatically when the time is up; or now, with a 10% fee on the amount. You sign once, when you ask for it. Part of the fee is burned and the rest stays in the reserve that pays players. The minimum withdrawal is a round amount of VORT set by the economy: it starts low and grows as more people play, adjusting to the quote; it is shown on screen before you withdraw.

A scheduled withdrawal can be cancelled until it is sent. It is cancelled automatically, with the VORT returned to your balance, if the account wallet or access changes. If the reserve is briefly short, sending is retried later. Solana blockchain transactions are final and public: always check the destination address.

Market

The market sells game advantages paid in VORT: avatar and special-bomb upgrades (for 7, 15 or 30 days) and bombs to start with after respawning (each purchase lasts one life). Prices change all the time with supply, demand and the reserve; there is no fixed price. Upgrades are not an investment, guarantee no return and are not refundable once active. The streak bonus (up to +25% more resources on each pickup for days played in a row, kept in your inventory) applies to everyone, buying or not.

Character items and player market

Character items drop from rocks, the boss and the weekly ranking, come with levels or are bought in the shop. Some give a bonus while equipped (more resources, an extra life, bomb reach or XP); an item's bonus never changes once it exists, and equipped items add up to at most +25% resources, +1 life and +1 reach. Epic and legendary items have a limited edition.

In the player market, players sell items to each other priced in dollars and paid in VORT at the current quote. The seller pays a fee that depends on level: 50% up to level 49, halved every 50 levels, down to 5%. A listing accepts from half to three times the item's reference price (the median of the last 20 sales) and lasts 7 days; the game keeps the item while it is listed. A purchase happens all at once: either the VORT and the item change hands, or nothing happens. Items are not an investment and guarantee no return.

Token risks

VORT is a token on the Solana network. Its price may rise, fall or reach zero, liquidity may be low, and the dollar estimates shown on the site are only indicative. Nothing in VortWorld is investment advice, a promise of profit or an offer of securities.

Ads

With your permission, the site shows ads from partner networks (such as A-Ads and Monetag): a banner in the window shown when you die, a banner below the game and ad notices on some pages. These ads run isolated from the game and cannot reach your wallet. Watching or clicking ads earns no rewards. Ad content is the advertisers' responsibility: be wary of offers that look too good and never share your recovery phrase.

Availability and changes

The game is evolving. Rules, values, phases, items and the economy may change, and the service may be down for maintenance or because of third-party failures (hosting, the Solana network, login providers). Whenever possible we give notice of major changes, and the terms in force are those published on this page.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by token price changes, by addresses you entered wrongly, by losing access to your wallet or by failures of third-party services.

Questions, requests and complaints can be sent through the VortWorld bot on Telegram. These terms follow the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the rights your own country's law gives you as a consumer.
